To receive treatment I prefer, if you are immunized for COVID 19 and bring proof of vaccination

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your treatment. 

You are required to bring a medical mask and wear it during treatment. If you do not have a mask you will be provided with one.

Enter the clinic in my home through the back sliding door and ring the bell on arrival

You will need to sanitize your hands and sign a waiver and consent to treatment form

Please cancel if you have flu like symptoms, have been recently been exposed to a family or a friend with COVID  or are feeling unwell.

Payments are preferred as E-transfers but cheques can be mailed

The appointment time is an hour but the treatment time will be 50 minutes to allow for sanitizing and distancing between patients

The treatment fee is $172.58 plus HST $22.42 for a total of $195.00. This increase is because the government now has osteopathic manual practitioners paying HST on our treatments and we were exempt before
