Reflexology with Cara started in October 2025. After many years of experiencing the benefits of reflexology and a desire of helping others, the plunge was taken to start my journey to become a Certified Reflexologist. This is my dream retirement career.
Reflexology with Cara will be part time hours, as a I a few more years until retirement. I will be open every second Friday and depending on my travels for work one or two evenings during the week. If you don't see a time that will work for you please join the wait list or send me a message and we will find a time that will work. I am not available Saturday and Sundays.
As a wife, mother of three grown adults (plus the son in law), grandmother of two and two fur baby cats; I understand busy lives. I have a passion in helping clients find relaxation, renewal and relief during a reflexology treatment. It is important to take time for self-care and be balanced in life.
I run Reflexology with Cara out of our home located in resort village of Island View, SK on the shores of Last Mountain Lake and nearby communities of Bulyea, Strasbourg and Silton.
