Cancellation policy

We must be notified of the cancellation of an appointment at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee (cancellation fees can be paid by interac transfer via the email address: yinyang2000@hotmail.com). For your convenience, a reminder by email and SMS will be sent to you 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm or decline it to avoid cancellation fees. Thank you for your collaboration!
