Scheduling:
Availability: Daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Once the client is established, a booking link will be provided to book available time slots with contractors through the Go Rendezvous website.
Sessions come with a 24 hour cancellation policy. If canceled under the 24 hour mark, the session will still be charged at full rate, with the exception of travel and mileage.
Process:
Initial Intake Call: a brief intake call with the Respite Coordinator to discuss your needs, preferences, and to provide any additional details that would benefit the respite worker and client.
Matching Process: the Respite Coordinator matches you with a suitable contractor - an information sheet, contact details, and any additional information will be provided to the contractor and client prior to the initial meeting.
Schedule Creation: the Respite Coordinator will either place you with an assigned respite worker, who you will then schedule according to your requirements, or you can book directly through the Go Rendezvous website.
Please inform us of any specific requirements or preferences you have regarding the respite services. Any changes to the schedule should be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Invoices for services rendered will be sent through Quickbooks around the 1st and 16th of each month. Payment can be made via e transfer or cheque, with the invoice number and client name attached to the payment details.
