Want to improve your health? Want to lose weight? Want to sleep better? Want to get rid of pain, restless legs, night sweats, constipation, heartburn, acne, dry skin, headaches, leg cramps, PMS etc.?
I am here to help!
I believe in getting to know you, setting realistic goals, proposing simple solutions and following-up on your progress.
All you need to do is show up with commitment, perseverance and an open mind in order to make lasting changes.
Here is how it works:
Step 1/ Personalized Health Assessment
I want to get to know you in order to identify the right solution(s) for YOU. During our first meeting, which will last 60-90 minutes, we will review your health concerns in the context of your lifestyle, touching on elements such as:
Nutrition
Medication / Supplements
Health Issues
Digestion
Sleep
Hormones
Exercise
Stress Factors
Emotional Wellbeing
And more
Step 2/ Realistic Goal Setting
We will discuss your health goals together, discuss possible challenges and set a timeline to reach your goals. Some people like a gradual approach and others like an “all or nothing” approach when it comes to implementing solutions. You will set the pace!
Step 3/ Action Plan and Follow-up
Now that the goal is clear, you need a road map to your success. Depending on the complexity of your goal, I will summarize the proposed solutions at the end of the consultation or send them to you by email afterwards.
Especially when it comes to eating well and healthy, you will be surprised how simple, quick, nutritious and tasty my recipe suggestions are going to be. Instead of spending hours in the kitchen, you’ll have time for a walk, a meditation, or to play with your kids/grandkids.

Lastly, I’ll follow-up by text or email to help you stay on track. This is your opportunity to inform me of your progress as well as your challenges, likes and dislikes, and to get your questions answered quickly.
