Well hello there! Welcome to Mosaic Movement & Expressions, home to a new and exciting private counselling/therapy practice in Regina, SK. I am so ready to connect with you, support you, guide you, and act as witness as you navigate your healing journey!! 

Any new clients must schedule a free phone consultation as part of the initial intake process. Once the phone consult is complete, you are now considered a returning client and are free to schedule any appointment times, in-person or virtual, yay! 

Please note that business operations take place in my home, therefore, my address and instructions for access will only be shared with you once I have accepted you as a client.
