Bienvenue à Physiotherapie Eastman. Je suis Jaclyn Trybowski, pratiquant depuis 2012 et membre de l'Ordre professionnel des physiothérapeutes du Québec. Je traite tous les problèmes musculo-squelettiques, les blessures sportives, ainsi que les problèmes de santé pelvienne pour toutes les personnes âgées de plus de 5 ans. Je suis très heureuse d'offrir mes services dans la communauté qui est aussi la mienne. N'hésitez pas à me contacter, à prendre rendez-vous et à me laisser vous accompagner dans votre cheminement vers la guérison !

Je n'accepte pas actuellement de clients dont les services sont couverts par la CNESST ou la SAAQ. 

Je fournis des reçus pour les compagnies d'assurance et/ou pour fins d'impôts.

Welcome to Physiothérapie Eastman. I am Jaclyn Trybowski, practicing physiotherapy since 2012 and member of the Professional Order of Physiotherapists of Quebec. I treat all musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, as well as pelvic health problems for everyone above 5 years of age. I am thrilled to be offering my services in the community that I call home too. Please don't hesitate to contact me, make an appointment, and allow me to accompany you on your healing journey!
