Hi welcome to Pine Tree Counselling & Psychotherapy! If you're wanting to work on resolving a past traumatic situation that's still unsettling, grappling with a challenging relationship, or ameliorating anger, anxiety, mild depression, or stress, I can help. I've been a counsellor / psychotherapist since 2009, and I'm passionate about collaborating with clients towards their goals, aspirations, and better futures. My main approach to sessions is called "cognitive behavioural therapy" (CBT) which focuses on the relationship between your emotions, your thoughts, and your behaviours. Sessions are usually 50 minutes and are offered either in-person in Calgary (Kensington neighbourhood) or online if you're in the rest of Alberta or Ontario. Either way I am very mindful of my clients' cybersecurity such as I don't text message with clients and your file is not in a cloud. All adults are welcome and I look forward to hearing from you.
