Enter the clinic in my home through the back sliding door and ring the bell on arrival
You will need to sign a waiver and consent to treatment form
Please cancel if you have flu-like symptoms or have recently been exposed to a family member or a friend who is sick.
Payments are preferred as E-transfers, but can be paid by cheque or cash.
The appointment time is approximately an hour.
The treatment fee is $215.00. The fee is covered by most work benefit plans.
