I'm so glad you're here! Reaching out for support can take tremendous courage, and I'm honored to walk with you on your journey. I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, including adults, parents, and seniors, from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and life experiences. My approach is to create a safe and compassionate space where we can explore challenges, heal from past wounds, and empower you to move forward.
I specialize in anxiety and work with individuals facing depression, burnout, and self-esteem struggles. In addition, I work with trauma, particularly in helping those who have experienced complex trauma or struggle with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I also have extensive experience supporting parents, offering guidance in parenting and navigating the stresses that come with raising children. Helping families find balance, while nurturing their well-being, is an area of great passion for me.
My therapeutic style is grounded in an integrative approach. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which means we can explore your experiences, build emotional resilience, and process difficult memories in a safe and structured way. I focus on helping you identify and align with your core values while also addressing any limiting beliefs or patterns that may be holding you back.
I recognize that seeking therapy is a vulnerable step, and I strive to create a warm, trusting environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to support you as you work through difficult emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and grow toward the person you are meant to be.
