Life can get busy and we can forget to take time to relax. A massage can be a great way to schedule in that much needed break. At Level Up we're glad you're here taking some time to get the treatment you need! 

Ruth is a Registered Massage Therapist. Graduating from both the OTA/PTA (2017) and Massage Therapy (2021) programs at Mohawk College, Ruth provides knowledgeable, positive and compassionate care. She uses various modalities including joint mobilizations, Swedish massage techniques, and past physiotherapy exercise implementation experience to provide relief from pain, tension and stress. 

Massage is both selfcare and healthcare. Registered Massage Therapists assess, treat, and manipulate soft tissues and joints for prevention and rehabilitation of physical dysfunction and pain. 

For people who have coverage for massage under benefits, direct billing is provided through the TELUS health portal for one less thing to hopefully worry about.
