Massothérapeute NIVEAU OR détenant de multiples certifications en massage Suédois Cinétique, sportif et Tissu Profond de l'Institut-Kiné-Concept de Montréal et  un B.Sc. en Kinésiologie de l'Université de Montréal. Je possède également une forte expérience (plus de 15 ans) en conditionnement physique et préparation athlétique.

Mes tarifs sont les suivants :

 MASSAGE DE DÉTENTE COMPLET 120 MINUTES - 140$

Vise une relaxation globale du corps et de l'esprit. Apporte une détente générale. Possibilité de traiter les tensions musculaires en profondeur (Tissu Profond Intégré) durant le massage.

SOINS THÉRAPEUTIQUES CIBLÉS 90 MINUTES - 110$

Vise une réduction de la DOULEUR persistante (chronique) due à une ANCIENNE BLESSURE ou des TENSIONS MUSCULAIRES (trigger points). Ce service n’est PAS SEULEMENT un massage mais une APPROCHE THÉRAPEUTIQUE pouvant combiner les aspects suivants:

Une évaluation fonctionnelle et orthopédique

Le massage (Suédois Cinétique et Tissu Profond Intégré)

Des mobilisations passives péri-articulaires (kinésithérapie)

Des étirements

Des exercices kinésiologiques de renforcement

Des auto-massages avec des balles de caoutchouc (fournies gratuitement)

Des conseils thérapeutiques en liens avec les mécanismes de la douleur et/ou la blessure traitée.

GOLD LEVEL Massage therapist with multiple certifications in Kinetic Swedish, sports and Deep Tissue massage from Kiné-Concept Institute and a B.Sc. in sports science/kinesiology from University of Montreal. I also have a strong level of experience (over 15 years) in fitness and 
strength training.

COMPLETE RELAXATION MASSAGE 120 MINUTES - 140$

Seek an overall relaxation of body and mind. Possibility to work deeply on muscular tensions during the massage (Integrated Deep Tissue).

TARGETED THERAPEUTIC TREATMENT 90 MINUTES -  110$

Please note that the Targeted therapeutic treatment IS NOT ONLY a massage but a therapeutic approach to resolve a PERSISTANT PAIN due to an OLD INJURY or MUSCULAR TENSIONS. It might combine the following elements:

- A functional and orthopaedic appraisal

- Massage techniques (Kinetic Swedish and Deep Tissue)

- Passive peri-articular mobilisations (kinesitherapy)

- Stretchings exercises

- Kinesiologic strengthening exercises

- Self-mobilisations with rubber balls (free of charges)

- Counselling about pain mechanisms and the treated injury

Extra-large heated table, Conditioned Air, BioOrigin heated massage gel (hypo-allergenic) and more…
