Welcome
My name is Tomas Staskevicius, and I have been practicing osteopathy since 2021. I graduated from the Montreal College of Osteopathy in 2022, and I am passionate about helping patients understand their problems and achieve long-term health—not just temporary symptom relief.
My Approach
I believe that one of the most important parts of treatment is patient education. During each appointment, I take the time to explain my assessment findings, what I believe is contributing to your symptoms, and why I am choosing specific treatment techniques. My goal is for every patient to leave with a clear understanding of their condition, the treatment they received, and practical strategies they can use at home to support their recovery and help prevent future problems.
Rather than simply treating where the pain is located, I aim to identify and address the underlying causes of dysfunction. Every treatment begins with a thorough assessment and is tailored to your individual needs.
Areas of Focus
While I treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, my practice has developed a particular focus on the relationship between the digestive system and overall body function. Restrictions affecting the abdominal organs and surrounding tissues can influence posture, movement, breathing, and pain elsewhere in the body.
I also have extensive experience treating post-operative patients, helping to improve mobility around scar tissue and adhesions that may contribute to pain, stiffness, or altered movement patterns.
Who I Work With
I have experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including:
My goal is to provide a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment where every patient feels comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their care.
Accessibility
The clinic is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible via a ramp.
