Beyond Spin-Flow, Julie offers 1:1 hands-on sessions with over 30 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) specializing in Manual Therapies. As a Certified Human Garage Coach, she integrates table and floor Fascial Maneuvers to help release tension, restore mobility, and support your body’s natural healing.

Julie also teaches Fascial Maneuver Classes, both in-person and online, empowering you with techniques to move better, feel better, and live better!
