*** Since appointment times are reserved for each client, we often can't exceed the time reserved without making the next client late. Therefore, you may lose time completing your massage if you arrive after your appointment. A full-service fee will be charged even if sessions are cut short due to late arrival.
Policy:
Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without giving 24 hours' notice, we often cannot fill it. This is inconvenient for your therapist and means that our other clients do not have the opportunity to receive the necessary services. For this reason, you will be charged the full-service price on your next visit.
Inappropriate behavior. Massage has absolutely no sexual component. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request to the contrary will immediately terminate your session and refuse any future service. You will be billed for all services, regardless of the length of your session. Depending on your behavior, we may file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same way.
Arrival:
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time. Parking is free and reserved for guests. If the front door is locked, please enter through the side door near the parking lots.

Saturday: 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
