On all services, a 50 security fee is required. The security fee is to be credited once the services are complete and applied on the final amount due to be paid.
We require a 48-hour notice to reschedule or change an appointment. Notices given with less than 48 hours in advance or ''no-shows'' will be noted and require the security fee to be kept and for future appointments, another security fee will be required.
Restrictions applies for appointments servicing clients under the legal age of 19 years old. Please contact us for more details.

Refills
Refill fees are subject to be assessed by our lash technician and are based on the elapsed time since the initial extension application. If less than 15 of extensions are remaining, a new full set will be charged. If not, the refill rate will apply.
We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at HIDDEN GEMZ- NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must have them removed before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid complications following the mixture of different adhesives and materials from work done in other locations.
