CANCELLATION POLICY - 24 HOUR NOTICE
Please note that once you have booked an appointment it means that I have reserved time in the schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to payment of full cost of the session booked.
Due to lack of adherence to this cancellation policy, I will now be collecting full payment upon booking. To avoid the cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will be able to cancel directly online as long as it is within the 24 hour time frame and you will be reimbursed your payment upon cancellation. Please note, I still pay Stripe a percentage for collecting payment on every booking, even when cancelled.
After booking, you should receive a confirmation email, an email reminder and an text reminder. Please contact me if you are not receiving these notices.
