About Me
Hello and welcome. My name is Matthew Clyde, and I am a Clinical Psychologist with 10+ years experience. If you are struggling with mood, anxiety, personality disorders, or trauma, I can help. I see clients in-person (Pointe-Claire) and online/virtually, for a wide range of issues including self-esteem and confidence, self-compassion, stress managment, burnout, life transitions, improving relationships with family, partners, and friends, and other health-related behaviours (sleep disturbance, exercise, diet). I can help with improving communication, being more assertive, and setting boundaries. I also offer comprehensive assessment and evaluation for ADHD in thoses 16 and over (teens and Adults).
For Returning Clients: To book a follow-up and access my online calendar and/or waitlist, simply click on the booking button, and log-in using your full name and email address. You will then be able to select either in-person appointments or virtual therapy sessions.
Wait-List: If there are no imminent availabilities, I encourage you to book at the next time that works for you, and to add yourself to my waitlist, where you can specific days/times and be alerted via email directly in the event of a cancellation or new availabilty.
For Potential New Clients and Inquiries (Therapy or ADHD Assessment): In order to request an initial appointment, I encourage all new clients to first contact me directly. There are two methods for requesting an appointment:
1. By calling me at 514-319-1912. Please leave a voicemail with your name and where you can be reached (contact number and/or email). I aim to return all telephone inquiries within 2 business days.
2. You can also make a request using my website, https://www.clydepsychology.com/contact, or by emailing me at [email protected]. Please provide me with your full name, contact information (phone and/or email address), and a brief message regarding the problem and/or issue you are experiencing.
