I specialize in working with those experiencing anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, relationships, and other mental health related issues. With over 7+ years of experience in the field of mental health, I am confident that I am able to help diverse youth and adults develop long-term intersectional solutions to their issues.
As your therapist, I will incorporate a holistic and client-centered approach to personalize your therapy experience. Our sessions will consist of evidence-based methods to provide you with insight, psychoeducation and guidance on how to manage your problems productively. As a registered social worker, my sessions are covered by all major insurance providers.
