Here is a little background of my personal Journey :)
My quest to help people feel confident, strong ,happy and healthy, started at the age of 16! In my small town of franklin QC :)
NOW, with almost two decades of practice, I am helping a wide range of clients with a variety of goals, such as weight loss, postnatal , prenatal rehabilitation, posture correction and so much more!
My main goal in massage therapy and personal training is to make you feel taken care of, helped, heard and understood with your goals in the spotlight!
