Tardiness: Please note appointment times are reserved for each client, we often can't exceed the time reserved without making the next client late. Therefore, if you arrive after your appointment time, only your appointed time will be honored. A full-service fee will be charged even if sessions are cut short due to late arrival.

Policy: Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without giving 24 hours' s notice, we are often unable to reschedule that appointment. This is of great inconvenience for your therapist and disrespectful of their time. For this reason, you will be charged the full-service price.

Inappropriate behavior: Massage has absolutely no sexual component. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request to the contrary will result in the immediate termination of your session and the refusal of any future service. You will be billed for all services, regardless of the length of your session. Depending on your behavior, we may file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated in the same way in return.
