My name is Jeanne Tousignant and I'm currently studying osteopathy in Sherbrooke. During my studies, I have also trained in certain areas to complete my skills, including doing seminars in the development and the quality of presence and touch. I have also completed a training on pre and perinatal trauma and how to integrate and heal those profond experiences that are often held deep in our tissues. In addition to that, I've always been had an interest in Chinese medicine, which led me to take a natural facial rejuvenation course based on acupressure technics and linking the meridians of the face with the heart and the rest of the body to revive beauty and vitality.

Je m’appelle Jeanne Tousignant et je suis présentement étudiante en ostéopathie à Sherbrooke. Depuis que j’ai débuté ce parcours d’études, je me suis aussi formée dans certains domaines pour complémenter mes habilités, comme par exemple, j'ai des bases sur la communication affective par le toucher en plus d’avoir suivi une formation pour accompagner des gens dans l’intégration des expériences pré et périnatales qui auraient pu être traumatisantes. De plus, j’ai toujours eu un intérêt envers la médecine chinoise, ce qui m’a amené à prendre une formation sur la connexion du visage avec le cœur et le reste du corps. Dans ce cours, j’ai appris des techniques d’acupuncture reliant les méridiens pour raviver la beauté et la vitalité.
