No, the AI does not have access to all your notes, nor to complete files. The AI only processes the information required for the task in hand (e.g. summary, organization of notes). Data is never used to train the AI.

Yes and no. Notes are automatically saved in the file so you never lose your data, but they are not finalized until you have reviewed and approved them. So you're in complete control before anything is officially added to the customer's file.
By default, audio recordings are automatically deleted when the customer file is signed, to guarantee confidentiality. However, with the customer's agreement, professionals can choose to keep the recordings by unchecking the "Delete recordings, transcript and AI notes used to create this file" box when signing the customer file.
